New Tobacco Sale Regulations in Manchester took effect on 2025年4月1日 in an effort to support a 无尼古丁一代.
"No person, firm, corporation, or agency shall sell tobacco or nicotine products to anyone born on or after 2024年1月1日." (Scroll down for complete regulations below.)

泳滩水质测试
All public bathing beaches are tested weekly from 阵亡将士纪念日到劳动节. This includes: Singing Beach, White Beach, Black Beach, Gray Beach, Tuck's Point and West Manchester Beach.
State bathing beach water quality testing requirements are as follows:
- Single Count Bacteria Test – must be under 104
- A geomean average (of last 5 tests) – must be under 35
