Once it has been established that it is a Town, Public Shade or Heritage tree tree (they are a few exceptions even on the tree inventory that the Tree Warden will determine) if the resident is requesting a removal, the resident should put their request in writing to the Board of Selectmen's office (please use form above). 然后，这棵树将被列入树木名单，在市政委员会举行的公开会议上举行公开听证会。
